Find an advisor in your city
Every advisor listed here is a real person with an ARN and an EUIN that appears on your order slip. What differs between cities is not who they are but how close they are to you — and rather than blur that, we publish it. Three coverage models, stated on every city page, and the structured data behind each page claims a physical address only where one exists.
A named ARN-holder works in the city and will meet you there.
No published cities in this model today.
No advisor in the city. A named ARN-holder elsewhere covers it over video and phone, and visits.
Dimapur
No advisor anywhere near. Served entirely over video and phone from Guwahati.

Our advisors
Sangam Pandey runs PSS Ventures from the GS Road office in Guwahati. Every folio the firm opens goes through him — there is no call centre, and no queue to be rotated through. He also built ArthaLearn, the market-education platform this site links to, so the person explaining a scheme is the same one writing about the market it sits in. Transactions run on the BSE StAR MF rail; the conversation happens on the phone, in Guwahati, usually the same day you ask.

Why a named local advisor matters
The default mutual fund experience in India is impersonal — an app, a faceless distributor, a relationship manager who rotates out every six months. The investors we serve in the North East often ask for the opposite: a named human in their city and language, the same advisor who opens the folio also picks up the phone when the child's college-fee deadline is six months away. That continuity is what we're built around.
What we mean by "local", honestly
This page used to say that we do not publish a city page without a real local advisor, and that empty city pages with fake "local advisors" are a textbook spam-classifier signal. The second half is still true and always will be. The first half was a promise we could keep at three cities and cannot keep at thirty — there is no supply of ARN-holders sitting in every district town of the North East waiting to be hired, and pretending otherwise would mean doing the exact thing that sentence warned against.
So the promise has changed shape rather than quietly lapsed. We still never invent an advisor. What we do instead is state, on the page itself, which of three arrangements applies. In person means an ARN-holder works in that city and will meet you — Guwahati, Imphal and Shillong today. Regional means nobody is based there and a named advisor in another city covers it by video and phone with periodic visits; the page names that advisor and the city they are actually in, in the form "served by Sangam Pandey from Guwahati — video and phone". Remote means exactly what it says. If you want someone in the room and we cannot provide one, you will learn that from the page rather than after you have opened a folio.
The same distinction runs into the machine-readable layer. A page for a city where we hold premises emits a postal address in its structured data; a page for a city where we do not emits the area served and no address at all. An address is a claim about the physical world, and one per city across a large footprint would be a claim we could not support on most of them — which is both dishonest and one of the more reliable ways to have a domain manually penalised for local spam.
The other half of the constraint is content. A city gets a page for a product line only where there is something genuinely specific to say about that product in that place. Most cities get mutual funds and SIPs and nothing else, because that is honestly the extent of the difference. An insurance page for a city where we hold no insurance licence and have no particular insight would be a template with a place name in it, and there is no version of that we are willing to publish. The whole footprint, including the empty parts, is on one page.
What an advisor call looks like
- You request a callback (form on the right or any city page).
- The advisor calls within 1 business day — needs analysis, no transaction yet.
- If you proceed: paperless CKYC + DigiLocker eKYC onboarding, nominee setup, UPI AutoPay mandate for SIPs.
- Same advisor handles annual reviews, statement requests, switches, redemptions, and tax-time questions.
