We distribute mutual funds (Regular plans on BSE StAR MF) and curate FDs, NPS, term insurance, and bonds. We pair every transaction with a real local advisor in Guwahati, Imphal or Shillong.
An AMFI-registered distributor, built in the North East
PSS Ventures Pvt Ltd is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, AMFI Registration Number ARN-356973, headquartered in Guwahati. We started here because B30 cities now contribute roughly 18% of mutual-fund AUM and yet most platforms still build for a Bangalore-default user. We want to be the distributor that knows your bank, your local nominee paperwork, and your monsoon address.
What we don't do
No advisory fees. No ULIP cross-sells. No "guaranteed returns" copy. No god-mode shared logins inside our admin console. No equity broking. No crypto.
How we make money
Trail commission from AMCs on Regular plans. Funded from the scheme expense ratio — disclosed on every scheme page and on our Disclosures page.
Why North East first
AMFI's monthly note flags Guwahati as a Top-30 metro by MF AUM in FY25. Imphal and Shillong grow off a smaller base but pull from professionals (govt, education, healthcare) who are under-served by national platforms. A local advisor who answers when the SIP fails — in English or in Assamese / Khasi / Manipuri — is a real wedge that does not exist on Groww or Coin today.
Where we are headed
Phase 1: mutual funds, SIPs, paperless KYC, Guwahati / Imphal / Shillong advisors. Phase 2: NPS POP-SP, IRDAI POSP for insurance, OBPP registration for bonds, MFD partner programme. Phase 3: PMS/AIF referral, tier-2/3 city pages with local advisors, outside-NE expansion. All phases respect the same constraints — no advice fees, no dark patterns, no thin programmatic pages.
