1. Who we are

PSS Ventures Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "PSS Ventures") is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor operating under ARN ARN-356973. Our registered office is at Guwahati, Assam. We are not a SEBI Investment Adviser; we do not charge an advisory fee. We are not a stockbroker, NBFC, or deposit-taking entity.

2. Scope

These Terms govern your use of the PSS Ventures website, mobile app, and all related services. By using the site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be ≥18, an Indian resident, and KYC-eligible to transact in mutual funds.

4. Account & security

• One mobile-OTP login. You are responsible for keeping your number secure.
• SEBI 2FA applies on every redemption, switch, SWP/STP modification, and nominee change.
• We will never call/SMS you to ask for OTP, PIN, or bank credentials.

5. Transactions

Mutual fund orders are routed via BSE StAR MF. NAV allocation follows SEBI cut-off rules. Order finality is when the AMC's RTA confirms allotment.

6. Commission disclosure

We earn trail commission from AMCs on Regular plan units you hold via us. Commission is paid by the AMC and funded from the scheme expense ratio. We do not charge any advisory fee. Detailed commission ranges are on our Disclosures page.

7. Lead-only products

Fixed Deposits, Insurance, NPS and Bonds are presently lead-only. Transactions on these products are enabled only after the relevant licences (POSP, POP-SP, OBPP) are in place.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSS Ventures' liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the trail commission earned by PSS Ventures from your account in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Guwahati jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will notify registered users by email and in-app banner.
