We resolve most issues at first contact. If you are not satisfied, escalate through the tiers below. Each tier has a defined turnaround time.

Tier 1 — PSS Ventures Grievance Officer

Turnaround: acknowledgement within 1 business day; resolution within 7 business days.

Tier 2 — SEBI SCORES

If unresolved within 30 days, file a complaint on the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES): scores.sebi.gov.in. SEBI assigns the complaint to us and tracks resolution.

Tier 3 — SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

For monetary disputes, use SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution portal: smartodr.in. ODR provides conciliation and arbitration by SEBI-approved ODR institutions.

What we do NOT do

We will never ask you for OTP, PIN, or full bank credentials via call/SMS/email.
We will never bypass SCORES with a private settlement that prevents you from filing a complaint.
We will never hide grievance contact details in marketing copy.
We will never publish a contact number that does not connect. If a channel is not working it is removed from this page rather than left as decoration — which is why you may see fewer channels here than on a competitor's page, and why the ones you see work.
