Partner with us, and who we work with
Two relationships, and neither of them is a logo swap. The Phase 2 programme for independent Mutual Fund Distributors is below. So is our ArthaLearn relationship — the market-education partnership readers meet as a card at the foot of our guides and calculators — disclosed in full, including what we are and are not able to tell you about the commercial terms.

ArthaLearn — the active half of a financial life
Most people who invest through a distributor also, at some point, buy a share directly. We are not equipped for that half and we do not pretend to be: PSS Ventures is a mutual fund distributor, not a broker, and what we can say stops at the edge of the products we are registered to distribute. ArthaLearn covers the other side — ArthaLearn's market-education library for the market itself, and a journal that makes a self-directed investor read their own decisions back to themselves.
Advisor-led mutual fund distribution, AMFI-registered (ARN-356973). Goal planning, scheme selection, KYC, transactions over BSE StAR MF, and the paperwork nobody enjoys. We are paid a trail commission by the AMC — explained, with numbers, in Direct vs Regular plans.
An Indian trading-journal and market-education platform: trade journalling with AI review, portfolio and behaviour analytics, structured learning modules and free calculators for retail traders on NSE and BSE. Paid tiers and the free trial are listed on ArthaLearn's own pricing page; the background on the business is at who ArthaLearn are.
What a PSS reader actually gets from it
These are the pages we send people to, and why. Nine links, each chosen because it finishes a question one of our own pages raises and cannot answer — not because a partnership is supposed to produce links.
- who ArthaLearn are
Lets a reader check the partner out before trusting anything we say about them.
- ArthaLearn's risk disclosure
They state there that they are not a SEBI-registered adviser or research analyst. A reader we send to a market platform should see that in their words.
- ArthaLearn's own pricing page
It is a paid subscription. We link the price list rather than restate numbers that go stale.
- ArthaLearn's market-education library
Default for our knowledge-base pages: education to education, one level down from the homepage.
- why most retail traders lose money
The most useful thing on their site for a long-term mutual-fund investor, precisely because it argues against trading.
- keeping a trading journal
For the reader who tells us they also trade directly — the discipline half, not a product pitch.
- ArthaLearn's behaviour tracker
The product surface that distinguishes them from a spreadsheet. Named on /partner only.
- what that figure is worth in today's money
Every projection we publish is a nominal rupee figure years out. This is the honest companion to it, and it needs no signup.
- ArthaLearn's Guwahati page
Our home city. The one place a geo cross-link is a real overlap rather than a pattern.
Treat every link from this site to ArthaLearn as a commercial link, not an editorial recommendation. Each one carries rel="sponsored" for exactly that reason. The specific terms between the two businesses — whether any referral fee, revenue share or reciprocal placement is involved — are not published on this page; if that matters to your decision, write to pssventures.india@gmail.com and ask before you subscribe.
What is not in doubt: PSS Ventures Pvt Ltd and ArthaLearn are separate businesses. An ArthaLearn subscription is software, not a mutual fund. It is not an investment made through us, it is not covered by our ARN, and it is not covered by our grievance process — theirs applies there. ArthaLearn states on ArthaLearn's risk disclosure that it is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor or a Research Analyst. Read that page before you decide anything. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing.
