Right to erasure — DPDPA 2023
Last updated 2026-05-23 · PSS Ventures Pvt Ltd
Under Section 12 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request that we erase personal data we hold about you. Some records (transactional records, KYC files) may be retained for the duration mandated by SEBI / PMLA — typically 5–8 years — even after your request, and we will explicitly tell you which categories are retained and why.
What we delete vs retain
- Deleted on request: contact details (after the SEBI grace period), marketing communications history, browsing behaviour, support notes.
- Retained (overrides DPDPA per Section 7 + sectoral law): KYC records (8 years per SEBI), transaction history (8 years per PMLA), audit log entries (7 years).
- Anonymised: aggregate analytics, funnel events, server access logs.
Draft — pending counsel review.
