About Bandhan Mutual Fund

Bandhan Mutual Fund is a SEBI-registered Asset Management Company (AMC) established in 2008, regulated under the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996. The AMC is responsible for the day-to-day management of its mutual fund schemes — portfolio decisions, NAV computation, regulatory disclosures, and investor servicing via its appointed Registrar & Transfer Agent (CAMS or KFin).

Investors transact in the AMC's schemes through registered Mutual Fund Distributors (such as PSS Ventures) on the BSE StAR MF or NSE NMF II rails. Units are held in the investor's folio at the RTA — independent of any distributor — and are not at risk if the distributor ceases to operate. The AMC and its sponsor are separately regulated entities; the trustee independently oversees the AMC's compliance with the investment mandate.

For the latest scheme factsheets, portfolio holdings, and risk-o-meter disclosures, refer to the AMC's official website. NAV and standardised CAGR data on this site are refreshed daily from AMFI.
